This is the pre-contract summary Ofcom requires us to give you before you take out a paid package. It summarises the key terms in plain language; the full Terms of Service apply alongside it. You see and acknowledge this summary when you create an account.
Service
- UK virtual phone numbers and inbound call handling — call forwarding, voicemail-to-email, call recording, schedules and (on eligible plans) a virtual receptionist.
- This is a business call-handling service. It is not a full phone line, not a hosted PBX, and cannot make or receive 999/112 emergency calls.
- Calls forward to the destination numbers you configure; a working mobile or landline to forward to, and internet access to use the dashboard, are your responsibility.
Price
- A monthly package from £4.99/mo, which includes your number allowance and, depending on the package, an allowance of UK forwarding minutes (the entry package is landline-forwarding only, with no included minutes). Prices exclude VAT.
- Usage beyond your included minutes (forwarding, transcription, voicemail) is charged from a prepaid wallet you top up in advance — you are never billed by surprise; if the wallet is empty, chargeable calls are simply declined.
- You choose and pay for a package inside the dashboard after signing up. Creating an account is free and places you under no minimum spend.
Duration, renewal and termination
- No minimum term. A paid package is a rolling monthly contract that renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; the package runs to the end of the paid month and is not renewed.
- We may suspend or end the service for non-payment, suspected fraud or a risk to the network, as set out in the Terms of Service.
Features for end-users with disabilities
- The dashboard is a standard web application intended to meet common accessibility practice. Voicemail and (on eligible plans) automatic transcription provide a text alternative to audio.
- If you need the service or these documents in an accessible format, contact us and we will help.
Other
- We verify the identity and address of every business at signup — including checking a limited company against the Companies House register — before assigning numbers.
- If you enable call recording you are the data controller for those recordings and responsible for telling callers; see the Call Recording Policy.
- Numbers are provided on a licence-to-use basis through our carrier and may be ported in or out subject to the usual regulatory checks.
