Do I need any hardware or an app?
No app or desk phone is required for basic forwarding: LineHQ can ring your normal mobile or landline. The LineHQ Android app, SIP apps and compatible desk phones are optional when you want app ringing or outbound calling with Professional Calling. Access is included on Mobile, Reception and Scale; eligible UK outbound calls cost 5p per billed whole minute from calling credit. New numbers can be live in minutes.
Can I keep my existing number?
Yes. Most UK landline and non-geographic numbers can be ported to LineHQ. Standard single-number ports are included and usually complete within a couple of weeks. If your provider requires linked numbers to move together, we show the available options before you continue.
