How it works
1. Sign up with your company number
Choose "limited company" and enter your company number. We check it against Companies House, which is how we see when you incorporated.
2. Pick your number and subscribe
Choose a local, 03 or 07 mobile number and pay your first month of Mobile. Your number is live straight away.
3. Verify your ID
Scan your passport or driving licence and take a selfie. When the name matches a current director, your second month is credited automatically.

The terms, in plain English

- The free month is unlocked by an ID check: your name must match a current director of the company.
- One free month per company and per director. Mobile plan, monthly billing only.
- After month 2 it's £9.99/mo a month. Cancel from your dashboard at any time, and you can port your number away whenever you like.
- LineHQ does not support 999 or 112 emergency calls. Keep another suitable phone service available.

Who can get the founding offer?
UK limited companies incorporated at Companies House in the last 6 months, with an active status on the register. Each company, and each director, can use the offer once.
Why do I need to verify my ID?
Company numbers are public, so anyone could type one in. A short ID check with a selfie confirms the free month goes to someone who actually runs the company: the name on your ID must match a current director on the Companies House register. Stripe runs the check, and we keep your name only, never your document.
I set up the account but I'm not a director. Can we still get it?
Yes. Anyone can create the account and subscribe. Ask a director to complete the ID step and the free month is applied. Without a matching director, the plan simply continues at the normal £9.99/mo a month.
How is the free month applied?
You pay your first month of Mobile at the normal price. Once the ID check matches a director, a credit for one month goes on your next plan invoice, so your second month costs nothing. From month three it's £9.99/mo a month, and you can cancel at any time.
What if I cancel in the first month?
Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for and then stops. The free second month only applies if you are still subscribed when it starts.
Can I get it on annual billing?
No. The founding offer is for monthly billing. Annual plans already include two months free.
I'm a sole trader. Does this apply to me?
The offer is tied to the Companies House register, so it is for limited companies only. Sole traders get the same plans at the standard price.
